If you supported our vabsRider crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter, you should now have received your Backerkit survey in your email inbox. Please complete this survey as soon as possible to provide your delivery address and desired vabsRider seat post size(s).
A few important points:
📩 If you used your Facebook credentials to log into Kickstarter, the BackerKit survey will be sent to the email address associated with your Facebook account.

🚲 Exciting news! If you backed the vabsRider on Kickstarter you'll be receiving an email from us in the coming days with a link to your BackerKit survey which you'll use to select your vabsRider seat post size/s and let us know your shipping address.
⏱️ It’s essential to respond to your survey as quickly as possible since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
ℹ️ You don't need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the survey invite email, click the survey link within to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. NB: You won’t have access to this survey link until you receive your email!
➕ After you respond to your survey, you can go back and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
🚢 💲 Due to the volatility of shipping prices and taxes globally, shipping fees and taxes for the vabsRider will be calculated and charged at a later date, so we can calculate accurate costings for specific locations.

Thank you for making our project a reality! A few things need to happen before we can commence production and fulfillment.
Here's a quick rundown:
1. Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money to make the vabsRider rewards (this can take up to two weeks).
2. We have to find out your bike's seat post size and where we need to ship your vabsRider to. We’ll send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information.
We’ll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.
If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items (aka more vabsRiders), or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)
Answering your survey help us get your rewards out to you faster. BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing us with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your crowdfunding account, the BackerKit survey link is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact me.

Firstly, a BIG thank you to all the campaign backers for believing in me, the vabsRider, and the team at ataraxyBSC!
You have been instrumental in bringing this new revolutionary product to market, so thank you very much. We are so excited to bring the vabsRider to yourselves and can’t wait for you to experience this truly comfortable bike seat.
In a few weeks after the campaign closes, we'll be sending all backers a survey from BackerKit to confirm seat post sizing and shipping details.
On a personal note, the vabsRider brings me so much joy when I cycle that I genuinely smile to myself while riding - sometimes prompting strange looks from others. You could say, the smile on my cheeks represents the comfort I feel on my other cheeks while using the vabsRider! 😁🍑
This happiness is something I want to share with others and is why I’m determined to get this product to market.
