Thank you for making our project a reality! A few things need to happen before we can commence production and fulfillment.
Here's a quick rundown:
1. Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money to make the vabsRider rewards (this can take up to two weeks).
2. We have to find out your bike's seat post size and where we need to ship your vabsRider to. We’ll send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information.
We’ll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.
If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items (aka more vabsRiders), or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)
Answering your survey help us get your rewards out to you faster. BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing us with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your crowdfunding account, the BackerKit survey link is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact me.

Firstly, a BIG thank you to all the campaign backers for believing in me, the vabsRider, and the team at ataraxyBSC!
You have been instrumental in bringing this new revolutionary product to market, so thank you very much. We are so excited to bring the vabsRider to yourselves and can’t wait for you to experience this truly comfortable bike seat.
In a few weeks after the campaign closes, we'll be sending all backers a survey from BackerKit to confirm seat post sizing and shipping details.
On a personal note, the vabsRider brings me so much joy when I cycle that I genuinely smile to myself while riding - sometimes prompting strange looks from others. You could say, the smile on my cheeks represents the comfort I feel on my other cheeks while using the vabsRider! 😁🍑
This happiness is something I want to share with others and is why I’m determined to get this product to market.

We’re Fully Funded!!!

After a few short hours we reached our funding goal and are sincerely humbled by the support from all of the early vabsRider backers.
Thank you all so much for supporting our campaign and helping us make this a reality!
It was always a huge risk introducing a radical innovation that questioned an age old paradigm. Your belief in our stringent design, testing and finally the approval from a number of people who know what they're talking about, continues to inspire us. So thanks again!
We have already heard of touching stories from people around the globe who cannot wait to experience the vabsRider in real life. We are all individuals and knowing that we can benefit people we still haven’t met, is SO exciting and far beyond words.
However, we want to do more with your help. Please spread the word about our crowdfunding campaign to get the vabsRider under more peoples bums!
So far we’ve reached $100,367 AUD raised from over 113 backers! We were hopeful of a good first day but we’ve been blown away by your support. The good news is we still have 27 days left in our campaign!
